Bibimbap was awesome... but maybe because this was my first time having it.
Amazing food
Very nice place and the staff were excellent
I'm a sushi fanatic, and this place has great sushi.Their salmon and tuna is always top notch, and you can normally judge a sushi place on the quality of those two staples.I would say that this place is more traditional sushi, but they do have excellent American sushi rolls. I highly recommend the Alaskan roll! It's delicious!
Don't go, not worth even half of its prices.
Good Korean food AND sushi. Friendly, helpful staff.
Sushi is good, not great. Korean food is better here. A little pricey for what you get, but not bad.
Decent food
Excellent food, but service can be so so. Seating area is small, so sometimes they fill up - not so good for large parties. A little pricey, but their sushi is top 3 in town.
The size of the sushi was not worth the price. We got two rolls and it felt like we only got one. The sushi did taste good...but why spend the money if the portion size isn't worth it?
This is my favorite restaurant in State College! They serve authentic Korean food. One thing I can tell you is that their food quality has been very consistent over the years. This has a lot to do with the fact that the owner of the restaurant is also the cook. I enjoy my food every time I am there.
Fine place.
The food is so good
I was disappointed in both their selection and service. I ordered sashimi squid and octopus that were barely edible because of their age.
It may be a small restaurant, but it is big in business. Say Sushi is a Korean and Sushi restaurant with a sizable menu and an incredibly considerate staff. The food was not the best I have ever had, but it was still decent and enjoyable. The best features were the location, the wide selection, and the cozy atmosphere----Oh, and let's not forget the cute and friendly "townies."I would check it out, especially if you are in the area.
Not fresh fish
We started off with the sashimi, and I was not very impressed. Half of the pieces we had gotten were frozen, and I doubt they were fresh. The oyster soup was better, and the Japanese barbecue was amazing. Despite the positive things about our main courses, I don't think that we will be returning to this restaurant. It was too pricey for the quality, and we had waited over half an hour for our food.
I eat Sushi all around #NYC & I loved this place, The Korean Family that runs it are very nice. Guy Madsen
Kind staff, wonderful food, perfect for lunch or dinner.
Best Korean soups & sides in town. Tofu seafood soup is amazing
Always consistently good. Love the Jayook Bokum (sp?)
good sushi
Very good lunch, good service and reasonable.
compare to the price service is slow and does not taste good
Could be better for some food choices but overall great. Exceptional service keeps me coming back and this is posted after my third visit.
Great food but the service can be slow, but it's worth it.
Food is good, self seating, BYOB!
good food, great service but a little bit overpriced
My dog cooks better than this. Cant even think of worse sushi restaurant on earth, and its price and service were just ridiculous. Made us wait for 40min for one sushi roll and charged 120 for three ppl. Tuna and salmon sashimi tastes like rubber as if they were caught when I was crawling in my cradle. They should have paid me for eating their food.
Not the best asian food I've ever had, but for the middle of central PA, I have absolutely no complaints. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but I haven't been disappointed yet. I especially recommend their whitefish teriyaki.
